摘要
实验发现铈(Ⅳ)氧化盐酸多巴胺能产生弱发光,而罗丹明6G(Rh6G)能大大增强此弱发光,由此建立了流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸多巴胺的新体系。该方法的线性范围为1.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-4mol/L,方法的检出限为4.0×10^-7mol/L。对1.0×10^-5mol/L的盐酸多巴胺进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.2%。该法已应用于盐酸多巴胺注射液中盐酸多巴胺含量的测定,取得了满意的结果。
Based on the fact that the chemiluminescence reaction of dopamine hydrochloride with Ce ( Ⅳ ) in sulfuric acid medium could be sensitized by rhodamine 6G significantly, a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride was established. The linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride is in the range of 1.0 × 10 ^-6 - 1.0 ×10 ^-4 mol/L. The detection limit is 4.0 × 10 ^-7 mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 1.2% for 11 measurements of 1.0× 10^-5 mol/L standard solution. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of dopamine hydrochloride in dopamine hydrochloride injection with a recovery range of 98% - 105% . The method is simple, convenient and sensitive.
