摘要 根据分子结构设计的理论,通过在合成三聚氰胺高效减水剂过程中加入一种改性剂,在减水剂的主结构中引入了一种具有伸展性的高分子聚合物侧链,所合成出的改性三聚氰胺高效减水剂(SMS)在具有高分散性能的同时可以长时间地保持分散能力。研究了改性三聚氰胺高效减水剂不同掺量对混凝土强度影响,研究了与其他外加剂的复配效果。研究表明改性三聚氰胺高效减水剂与传统的萘系高效减水剂相比具有掺量小、减水率高、生产工艺简单的特点,能够满足了不同强度等级的泵送混凝土需求,具有广阔的应用前景。 Based on the approach of molecular structure design, by way of adding a modifier in synthesis of sulfonate melamine formaldehyde condensate, a high molecular polymer side chain of prolongation was introduced into main structure of the superplasticizer to form a modified melamine superplasticizer(SMS) with high dispersion and capacity for sustaining long time dispersion. Effects of different additions of this supcrplasticizer on concrete strength and its compounding effect with other additives were studied. Testing results showed that compared with conventional naphthalene-based supcrplasticizers, the modified melamine superplasticizer made a feature of little addition, high water reduction and simple production technology which could satisfy requirements of different strength-rated pumping concretes and open up prospeers for wide use.
