摘要
运用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对小康社会建设初期我国体育教师流动的现状、保留中的问题、保留机制的构建进行了研究。结果表明,近5年来,我国体育教师外流比较严重;实际工资水平较低、工作不受重视等因素影响着体育教师的流动;留人思想不端正、留人意识差严重阻碍着留人工作的顺利进行。研究认为,树立正确的人才观是做好留人工作的前提;当前体育教师的保留应实施多手段、多渠道、全方位、权变留人。
By methods of bibliography, questionnaire, specialist talk, status, problems and strategies of the mobility and reservation of the PE teacher was done in early days of well- off society of China. Conclusions showed that the outward mobility of PE teacher is comparatively serious in the last 5 years. Factors such as lower wages level, disregard in work etc. affect PE teacher's mobility. person keeping thoughts is not regular and the consciousness is lacking, so the precondition to do the keeping of personnel work well is setting up right of the talent concept and the keeping of personnel concept and strengthen consciousness of keeping personnel. Many- meant, many - sided, all - round and tactful way system should be set up.
