摘要
为提高现有工程机械制造企业的产品设计水平,进行了新的工程机械设计理论方法的探索与研究。充分运用Pro/Engineer的三维实体造型与参数化设计技术,并结合实际零部件尺寸,完成了工程机械传动机构与行走机构中齿轮零件的参数化仿真设计及轮边减速系统的虚拟装配设计。这种方法有效地提高产品的设计效率和可靠性,并提出最佳设计方案,为完成工程机械整机的仿真设计、零件有限元分析提供了技术支持。
In order to improve the product design level of existing manufacturing enterprise of construction machinery, a new study of design theory method of construction machinery is carried out. The gears parameterized simulation design of the transmission mechanism and the walking mechanism of construction machinery and the virtual assembly design of wheel hub reducer are carried on by using most use of the three-dimensional solid modeling and the parameterized design technology of Pro/Engineer with the actual component size. The design efficiency and the reliability of product are raised availably by the method. And the technology support is provided for putting forward best design scheme, completing overall emulation design and finite element analysis of construction machinery by the method.
