Though distinctively unique,post-modernist literature with its nature of uncertainty and fictitiousness,bespeaks a continuation of modernist literature.It deconstructs the subjectivity of modernism and the authenticity of realism.A post-modernist novel is a text,a narrative and therefore fictitious.Post-modernism has seemingly died out,but its literary ideas and ways of thinking have so melt into our blood that they are still repeatedly found in literary creation.
