物性控制和物流管制在炼钢生产中的应用和分析

Analysis and Application of the Control on Material Property and Material Flow in Steelmaking

本文从物性控制和物流管制以及二者之间的相互关系分析炼钢生产的实质，并应用此方法指导宝钢炼钢厂在炼铁能力（三期）大于炼钢能力（二期）的特殊期间的生产组织，详细说明了物性控制对工序功能发挥以及物流管制对工序能力的影响。实绩表明：为期一年多的特殊生产组织，钢的产量、质量和品种均有很大的提高。年产钢水平从设计的６７１万ｔ提高到了８５７万ｔ。

Analysis is made on the nature of steelmaking from the viewpoint of the control of material property and material flow and the relationship between them,which is used as the guidance to arrange the steelmaking during the special times when the capactiy of ironmaking in phase Ⅲ is larger than that of steelmaking in phase Ⅱ.It is expounded in detail the influences on the process function and the process capacity respectively by material property and material control.The results show that the output,quality and variety of steel products were upgraded and the designed yearly capactiy of steel,was raised from 6.71 Mt to 8.57 Mt during over a year unusual times.
