摘要
利用塞贝克温差热电势原理研究了生铁中Si含量与试样冷端温度、温差和温差电动势三者之间的关系。并以此为基础研制成功了具有实用意义的铁水定Si探头及相应二次测量仪表。精度为标准偏差0.0197%Si,测成率为86.10%。
The relationship between silicon content in pig iron,the thermal electromotive force(TEMF), temperature differences and temperatures at cold junction of sample piece,is studied on the basis of the principle of Seebeck’s thermal EMF,upon which,a probe for accurate and rapid in situ determination of silicon content in hot metal and a corresponding instrument for secondary signal measurement have been successfully developed,providing an accuracy of less than S.D.=0.0197% Si, successful measuring rate of 86.10% and average waiting time of 73 seconds
