采气工艺模拟实验井测控系统研究 被引量:7

摘要 采气工艺模拟实验井在国内属于首创,该项工程涉及学科多、专业广、专业化程度要求高,它可以进行多相流流体实验研究、人工举升工艺机理研究和井下工具、仪器仪表试验研究,他是实现采气工艺技术和装备创新发展的必要中试手段。文章提出了智能化的测控系统,能及时掌握运行参数,分析实验过程中各物理量随时间变化的规律。该测控系统能够对地面动力设备、管汇的情况、运行参数进行监测、控制、调节和数据实时采集,对实验所引起的井下参数(压力、温度)的变化实现自动测量,同步采集。在实验过程中,测控系统可远程控制和调节压缩机、三缸泵、调压阀和分离器液位,可实时调整注气压力、注气量和注水量,使气举系统工作在最佳状态。该系统为排液采气井多相管流压降与流型实验、常规连续气举排液采气模拟实验和常规连续气举举升效率分析等研究提供了先进的测控手段,系统取得的大量实测数据为气井系统特性分析提供了重要依据。 Gas production technology simulating experiment wells can carry out the experimental study on multiphase fluid flow, artificial lift mechanism and downhole tools, instrument or meters tests, and it is essential means to implement innovative development of gas production technology and equipment. An intelligent control system is presented in the paper, which can master operating parameters in time, analyze the law of various physical variable changes with time. The system can monitor, control and regulate the ground power equipment, the working conditions and operating parameters of pipeline system, and collect real-time data, and automatically measure and Synchronously acquire the change of the underground laboratory parameters (pressure and temperature) caused by experiment. In the course of the experiment, the monitoring system can remote control and adjust compressor, triplex pump, pressure –regulating valve and liquid level of separator, and Real-time regulate pressure of gas injection, water injection rate and gas injection rate to make gas lift system in the best condition. The system provides the advanced monitoring for the pressure gradient and flow state experiment of Multiphase Flow in well removed liquid and produced gas, conventional gas production in continuous gas-lift simulation experiment, and analysis of lift efficiency of continuous gas lift. A large number of measured data provides a theoretical basis for gas wells system characteristic analysis.
