摘要
针对长庆油田特低渗、异常低压、低丰度的岩性油藏特点以及进入高含水开发后期原油生产成本持续攀升等制约油田可持续发展的难题,分析了螺杆泵采油系统在长庆油田的广阔应用前景与技术瓶颈;阐述了作为杆驱螺杆泵相关配套技术的变频自动调速闭环控制系统的工作原理。长庆油田第三采油厂红井子作业区的试验结果表明,变频调速技术成功地解决了螺杆泵在当地大规模推广应用的技术难题,开创了长庆油田在高含水开发后期的一种新型采油模式。
Aiming at the lithologic oil reservoir with ultra-low permeability,abnormal low pressure and low abundance,and the problems that restrained oil field development such as continuous rise of crude oil production costs in the later period of strong water sensitivity in Changqing oilfield, the application prospect and technical matters of screw pump oil recovery system were analyzed in Changqing oilfield. Furthermore,as the matching techniques of bar driving screw pump,the operation principles of variable frequency automatic speed regulation cyclic control system was clarified. The test results in Hongjingzi operation section in ChangQing oilfield No.3 Oil Recovery Plant showed that the frequency control technology could solve successfully the application problem of screw pump. A new oil extraction mode is established in Changqing oilfield.
