摘要
屏蔽暂堵技术要求所使用的暂堵剂颗粒尺寸分布与油层孔喉直径大小相匹配,否则将不能起到有效的暂堵作用。由于油层非均质性强,油层孔喉半径分布范围较宽,往往导致屏蔽暂堵效果并不理想。自适应广谱屏蔽暂堵剂ZPJ能在无须明确预知孔喉直径的情况下,自适应封堵岩石表面较大范围的孔喉,对较宽孔径分布的油层具有很好的暂堵作用,有利于反排和渗透率恢复。室内评价表明,自适应广谱屏蔽暂堵剂ZPJ渗透率堵塞率近100%,暂堵带强度大于9MPa,反排渗透率恢复率达90%以上。
Shielding temporary plugging technique requires the diameters of temporary plugging materials must be matching with that of the pores in reservoir, otherwise, temporary plugging effect won’t be obtained. However, due to wide distribution of radius of pore throat, the traditional shielding temporary plugging technique can’t exert good shielding temporary plugging effects. Autoadapted shielding temporary plugging agent ZPJ can plug wide pore radius under unpredictability of pore radius and has good performance in permeability restored by back flow. The lab evaluation results show that permeability plugging ratio of ZPJ is near 100%, the strength of temporary plugging belt is above 9 MPa, permeability restored by back flow is above 90%.
