脑钠肽水平与非ST段抬高ACS危险分层关系的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)不同危险分层患者外周血清脑钠肽(BNP)浓度的变化。方法NSTEACS患者58例,按ACC/AHA指南危险分层原则分为低危(20例)、中危(17例)、高危(21例)3组,均测定入院时血清中BNP水平,进行组间对比分析。结果NSTEACS患者高危组BNP浓度41.66±15.60 pg/ml,中危组32.69±12.19 pg/m1,低危组18.79±7.20 pg/ml,两组间差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论血清BNP水平增高对NSTEACS患者的临床危险分层、制定治疗干预策略可能有一定临床参考价值。 Objective To explore the changes of Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with different clinical risk stratification of non-ST elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome(NSTEACS). Methods The serum BNP level was determined in 58 consecutive patients with NSTEACS, and they were divided into low (20eases), intermediate (17cases), and high risk groups (21cases) according to ACC/AHA guideline of UA/NSTEMI. The relationship between BNP and risk stratification was compared and analyzed. Results There was significant difference of BNP level between any two groups (41.66±15. 60 pg/ml for high risk group, 32. 69±12. 19 pg/ml for intermediate risk group, 18. 79±7. 20 pg/ml for low risk group, all P〈0. 05). Conclusion The serum BNP level might play important roles to judge the risk stratification of NSTEACS and to make therapeutic strategy.
