Breeding Report on A New Winter Wheat Line Longmai 157 with High Yield and Better-resistance

冬小麦新品系陇麦157是平凉市农业科学研究所用85（加）1-3作母本,平凉41号作父本杂交,经系谱法选育而成。该品系株高75.9~91.2 cm,穗长7.5 cm,千粒重48.8 g,容重786.1 g/L,籽粒含粗蛋白109.2 g/kg、赖氨酸3.1 g/kg、湿面筋（14%水分基）180.7 g/kg、粗淀粉68.1 g/kg;抗冻、抗旱性好,高抗条锈病,耐瘠性好,适应性广。在2002-2004年甘肃省陇东片冬小麦区试中,平均折合产量4 303.95 kg/hm2,较统一对照品种西峰20号增产8.17%。适宜在陇东地区山塬旱地、高寒阴湿山区、丘陵干旱山区及周边类似生态区种植。

The new winter wheat Line, Longmai 157 was bred by Pingliang Institute of Agricultural Sciences, using 85-1-3 as female parent, Pingliang 41 as male parent. The plant height is 75. 9-91.2 cm, ear length is 7.5 cm, thousand grain weight is 48. 8 g and bulk weight is 786.1 g/L. The seed contain crude protein of 109. 2 g/kg, lysine of 3. lg/kg, wet gluten of 180. 7 g/kg, crude starch of 68. 1 g/kg. Longmai 157 have good adaptation. It is resistant to drought and cold, high resistant to stripe rust and barren. The average yield is 4 303. 95 kg/hm^2 in winter wheat region test of Longdong district from 2002 to 2004, and more than Xifeng 20 by 8.17%. It is suitable to cultivate in dryland of Longdong district and the similar ecological areas.
