抗条锈丰产冬小麦新品系中梁9483选育报告

Report on the Breeding of Winter Wheat Line Zhongliang 9483 with Rust-resistance and High Yield

冬小麦新品系中梁9483是天水市农业科学研究所小麦抗条锈育种中心以多亲杂交后代91385F3为母本,多亲杂交后代91504F3为父本杂交选育而成。该品系株高90~100 cm,穗长7.5 cm,千粒重40.6 g,容重782.5 g/L,籽粒含粗蛋白14.4%(干基)、赖氨酸0.5%(干基)、湿面筋26.4%、沉降值69 mL,属丰产中筋优良品系;抗寒、抗旱性强,稳产性好;高抗条锈病和白粉病;在天水市2 a区域试验中,平均折合产量5 355.0 kg/hm2,较对照品种咸农4号增产10.65%。适宜天水市及周边干旱和半干旱地区种植。

Zhongliang 9483, a new winter wheat strain, was newly bred by Rust-resistant Wheat Breading Centre, Tianshui Institute of Agricultural Sciences through years of selections. It was gained by using male parent of 91385F3 and femal parent 91504Fa. The stem length of the strain is 90^-00 cm, ear length 7.5 cm, thousand grain weight 40. 6 g, bluk weight 782.5 g/L. Crude protein content in grain is 14.4 % （dry base）,wet gluten is 26.4 %,lysine is 0. 5 % （dry base）, sedimentation value is 69 mL. It was also resistant to stripe rust at high-to-medium level and high-to-medium level susceptible to powdery mildew. The strain got an average yield of 5 355.0 kg/hm^2 at Tianshui regional tests in the year 2003--2004,which is 10. 65% higher than the control of Xian-nong 4. The strain is fitted to arid and semi-arid region in the Tianshul and surrounding areas.
