摘要
通过对南美斑潜蝇幼虫龄期的研究表明,南美斑潜蝇幼虫龄期可分为三龄,即初龄(一龄)幼虫口钩宽度27μm;二龄幼虫口钩宽度50μm;三龄幼虫口钩宽度70μm。研究同时表明,拉美斑潜蝇幼虫虫体大小与龄期无关,不能作为判断虫龄的依据。
Through researched on stadiums of larva of Liriomyza Huidobrensis （Blanchard）, the results indicated that stadium of larva of Liriomyza Huidobrensis （Blanchard） was divided into three instar. The first instar： the mouth-hook width of the larva is about 27 μm, the second and the third instar＇s is about 50 and 70 μm respectively. The research also indicated that the size of the larva＇s body was unrelated to the instar of the Liriomyza huidobrensis （Blanchard） and it can not use as an evidence for distinguishing the age of the larva.
