摘要
巨噬细胞在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展和斑块破裂中发挥重要作用,新蝶呤是巨噬细胞激活的特定产物,对冠心病各表型的预后有独立预测作用,降低新蝶呤对冠心病的防治有一定价值。
