血管迷走性晕厥的发病机制 被引量:21

摘要 血管迷走性晕厥是儿童晕厥中最常见的病因,其发病机制复杂,可能涉及血流动力学、血管神经反射、脑血管自身调节功能异常、自主神经系统功能紊乱、呼吸功能异常、抗利尿激素、神经肽、儿茶酚胺类、5-羟色胺能系统、胰岛素敏感性、血清电解质等诸多方面,深入研究本病的发病机制,将为临床有效诊治提供可靠依据。
