单纯心肌桥患者临床特点及预后分析

Evaluation of clinical features and prognosis in patients with simple myocardial bridge

目的:探讨单纯心肌桥患者的发病特点及临床预后。方法:回顾分析186例经冠状动脉造影确诊为单纯心肌桥患者的临床资料,并进行预后随访。结果:186例患者中有72.5%单纯心肌桥患者有胸闷、胸痛等症状。心电图变化以ST-T缺血性改变为主,81.7%患者需口服倍他乐克和(或)恬尔心等药物治疗,10.2%患者呈早期复极综合征表现。共随访到155例患者,平均随访时间为(4.2±2.9)年,随访期内心绞痛发作程度无显著改变,严重心血管事件发生率为3.2%。结论:单纯心肌桥患者的临床表现呈心绞痛样,一般需药物治疗;部分患者心电图有特殊变化(呈早期复极综合征);单纯心肌桥患者长期预后较好。

Objective： To analyze clinical features and prognosis in patients with simple myocardial bridge. Methods： The clinical information of 186 patients with simple myocardial bridge who diagnosed by coronary angiography was reviewed, and the prognosis was followed up. The aim of following up was to find out whether there was serious cardiovascular events and the current presen- tation of angina pectoris, including the treatment. Results：72.5% patients with simple myocardial bridge represented chest pain or chest discomfort, and the main electrocardiogram representation was ST-T ischemic change. 81.7% patients were treated with Betaloc and （or） Dilthiazem, 10.2% patients had early repolarization syndrome;155 patients were followed up（mean 4.2 ± 2.9 years） , the degree of angina pectoris didn＇t change obviously, and the prevalence of serious cardiovascular events was 3.2% Conclusion： Patients with simple myocardial bridge represented clinical symptoms like angina pectoris, generally needing oral drug treatment; 10.2% patients had early repolarization syndrome. The prognosis of patients with simple myocardial bridge is usually good.
