摘要
目的探讨药品降价对医院抗生素药物用量的影响。方法采用回顾姓方法对2005年10月降价前后两年某三甲医院抗生素药物的应用情况进行分析。结果和结论药品降价对抗生素药物的合理应用起到了积极的干预作用,但效果远未达到最佳作用。
Objective The inquirement drug is reduced the prices to the influence of hospital antiotic pharmaceuticals consumption. Methods The application circumstances of three first of the ten Heavenly Stems hospital two Nian Mou antiotic pharmaceuticals is analysed around using the review method to reduce the prices to in 2005 10 months.Results and Conclusion The drug is reduced the prices,and the antagonism reasonable application given birth to the white pharmaceuticals has been acted positively to intervene the effect,but the effect does not far achieve the optimum effect.
