The Emergency Treatment Value of TI Score in Emergency Room

目的探讨TI(创伤指数)评分在急诊室伤员快速救治中的价值。方法对1989例伤员实施救治的同时,进行出、入急诊室的创伤TI评分。结果入急诊室TI<10分占34.99%,10分≤TI≤16分占29.11%,17分≤TI≤20分占20.92%,TI≥21分占14.98%;出急诊室TI<10分占46.36%,10分≤TI≤16分占24.00%,17分≤TI≤20分占17.74%,TI≥21分占11.90%;随着TI分值增大,伤情加重、并发症多、死亡率上升。结论急诊室首诊医生用创伤TI评分快速、较准确评估伤情,指导创伤抢救,合理分流伤员,提高创伤急救效率。

Objective To approach the emergency treatment value of TI（trauma index） score in emergency room .Metheds To analyze the TI scores of patients to put in the emergency room and to go out of the emergency room within 1989. Results The TI score of patients to put in the emergency room ： TI〈10（34.99%）, 10≤TI ≤ 16（29.11%）, 17 ≤TI ≤20（20.92%）, TI ≥21 （14.98%）; The TI score of patients to go out of the emergency room ： TI〈10（46.36%）, 10≤TI≤ 16（24.00%）, 17≤TI≤20（17.74%）, TI ≥21（11.90%）;There was manifest difference between the TI scores of patients to put in the emergency room and to go out of the emergency room. To company the increasing of TI score the rates of death .complication were increased . Conclusion The TI score were effective to the doctors in emergency room to evaluate traumatic condition,to guide rescue.to shunt the patients and to raise the efficiency of emergency treatment.
