摘要
目的为了更好地认识新生儿窒息的护理诊断与抢救措施。方法从我院2005年1月￣2006年12月的妇产科病案中回顾性统计新生儿窒息61例进行总结分析。结果轻度窒息55例,重度窒息6例,经积极抢救,精心治疗及护理,53例痊愈出院,5例好转出院,3例死亡。结论正确的护理措施和积极的护理抢救是治疗窒息患儿的关键。
Objective To study Dignosis and nursing of apnoea neonatorum. Methods We analyzed 61 patients from January,2005 to December, 2006 in our hospital. Results Sixty-one patients get healthy and 3 patients was dead by saving actively and curing and tending carefully from 55 light asphyxial patients and 6 heavy asphyxial patients. Conclusion The key to treat the apnoea neonatorum is precise diagnosis and rescue nursing timely.
