摘要
以TIG焊为研究对象,对使用Fluent进行三维温度场和熔池流场数值模拟中遇到的诸如模型的建立、热源的处理、相变潜热以及熔池对流等问题的处理进行了阐述。结果表明,Fluent可以很方便的对焊接工艺过程进行模拟,其输出的计算结果可以直观的揭示各种驱动力对于焊接过程的影响。Fluent软件的成功应用对于研究焊接过程和指导焊接的生产实践有着积极的意义。
The commence software, FLUENT, is introduced. Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding was chosen as the studied object. The method and skills of setting boundary condition, phase change latent heat, source term and load with Gaussian heat source are showed. The results show that welding model can be developed easily by FLUENT and it outcome can describe the influence of different driving force clearly. An appropriate Application of FLUENT will help to study and produce about welding.
