摘要
介绍了一种采用单片机控制的自动焊丝层绕机。阐述了系统的基本结构、控制方法的确立及控制方法的实现等内容,对焊丝层绕机普遍存在的乱线现象进行分析,提出了行之有效的方法,并且该方法在实践中得到了验证。同时对主轴电机转速测试作了进一步研究,研制了光电编码器4倍频细分电路。
An automatic wire winding machine controlled by a single chip microcomputer system is introduced in this article. The article expatiates on the basic composition of the system, the establishment and realization of the control approach, analyzes the disorder-line phenomena that is common for wire winding machines, and puts forward a solution that has been proved effective, and validate approach in practice. We also conducted research further on the rotate speed test for principal axis motors,and studied and developed the 4-times-frequency-subdivided electric circuit for light electricity coders.
