摘要
通过首钢莫托曼切割机器人在安徽合力叉车生产过程中切割门架槽钢的实际应用,介绍设备引进总体制定方案以及设备配置,实施内容和使用效果,提出了值得关注的问题。以替代以往半自动切割、仿型切割等多道切割工序和搬运翻身工序。经过2年的运行,槽钢切割生产效率和切割质量有显著提高。
By two-year applications of portal steel-channel cutting during forklift productions in Anhui Heli throught head steel-motoman robots, the paper introduces general plans, configuration, starting content, usage effects and noted problems. This can take place of semi-auto cutting, forming cutting and transportation procedure. After two years operation, production effective and cutting quality were enhanced obviously.
