含钒高铬铸铁自保护金属芯堆焊焊丝的研制 被引量:5

摘要 研制了一种自保护金属芯堆焊药芯焊丝。堆焊过程飞溅小,焊缝成型美观。堆焊层组织为马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物硬质相。堆焊层硬度为HRC60,相对耐磨性为Q235钢的21倍。焊丝的熔滴过渡方式为典型的短路过渡。研究焊丝粉芯成分对焊丝的性能发现,石墨可以有效的降低飞溅,当粉芯中的石墨含量为3/时,堆焊过程中的飞溅率最低,此外增加粉芯中钒的含量,堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性上升。 A type of self-shield metal cored wire for hardfacing is studied in the paper. It has a low welding spatter and aesthetic formation of weld. The micro structure of deposited metal is composed of martensite,residual austnesite and carbide hard phase. The macrohardness of welded surfacing layers is HRC60,the relative wear resistance is 21 times higher of steel Q235. The droplet transfer form is short circulating transfer. It is found that graphite can reduce welding spatter effectively, especially the welding spatter is lowest when the graphite content is 3/ in the wire, it is also found that the hardness and wear resistance of welded surfacing layers arise with the increment of vanadium contents.
