摘要
针对当前各种喷焊、熔覆中输料所用送粉器的现状,为解决其中送粉均匀、稳定的问题,研制了一种新型磁力送粉器。利用常用具有磁性的金属粉末可被磁场吸附的特性,在送粉器中产生一分布有规律的磁场,可以将熔焊粉末稳定均匀地吸附并送出。设计此磁力送粉器并进行了送粉试验,对送粉器的性能进行了数据测量和鉴定,应用磁力送粉器进行了激光熔敷试验,获得了较理想的效果。
According to the present status of laser cladding powder feed unit, in order to solve the problem of powder feeding uniform、stabilization, a new powder feed unit is developed. Alloy powder can be absorbed by magnetic field, by using uniform magnetic layer, the ally powder can be transported stably. Tests of alloy powder transport were done for evaluating this device, The results show that it can solve the transport problem of alloy powder.
