摘要
用ANSYS分析涂层刀具主截面的残余应力,获得应力场分布与应力分布曲线。应用X射线应力测量法获得残余应力实际值,验证应力分布的正确性。涂层材料选择的是TiN,刀具材料选择的是高速钢和WC硬质合金。
Using ANSYS analyses the remains stress of the coatings tool's main section. Distributing of the stress' field and curve of the stress field's distributing are got . X radial stress measurement is used to get the precision value of the coatings tool, remains stress TiN is chosen as the Coatings material. High-speed steeling and WC horniness alloy is chosen as the tool, s material.
