摘要 表面处理是冷轧钢基复合材料关键生产工艺之一,由表面预处理和表面毛化处理组成。参与复合的带材经表面预处理后方可进入轧制线。基材钢打磨均匀且具有合适的表面粗糙度是保证复合质量的关键;基材钢打磨不均匀会导致带材复合质量变差,复合材变形抗力越大,复合质量越差。基材钢打磨后的表面粗糙度值在Rz=81~101μm内即可,铜打磨后的表面粗糙度为Rz=84~104μm、铝表面粗糙度为Rz=78~94μm时对复合轧制非常有利;变形抗力较小的复合材可不经打磨而参与复合轧制。本文还讨论了砂带磨削质量影响因素和对策。 Surface processing is composed of surface pre-processing and surface grinding, and is one of the key techniques for cold rolling steel matrix composites. First of all the strips must be pre-processed. The key to ensure the compounding quality lies in the grinding homogeneity and proper surface roughness of base-steel. The non-homogeneous grinding of base-steel will lead to bad compounding quality, the greater the deformation resistance of the strips to be compounded, the worse the compounding quality. The surface roughness favorable to compounding after grinding is about Rz=81~101μm for base-steel, Rz=84~104μm for copper, Rz=78~94μm for aluminum. Surface grinding is not necessary for strips of weak deformation resistance, such as aluminum. The factors affecting grinding quality and the corresponding counter—measures are discussed in this paper.
