摘要
提出一种磁场饱和的IPM(Interior Permanent Magnet)电动机的磁路模型,该模型利用材料的磁化曲线为基础,考虑电枢反应磁场对永磁磁场的影响,可对电机的性能指标进行计算,便于设计变量的及时调整。仿真结果与有限元计算的结果接近,证明了该饱和磁路模型的有效性。
A magnetic circuit model of IPM ( interior permanent magnet) synchronous motor of field saturation was presented. Using magnetization curve of material and considering magnetic field impact of armature reaction on permanent magnet, the model can rapidly calculate target performance of the motor which make design variable adjust expediently. The simulation results were closely agreement with FEA results. It validated the magnetic circuit model.
