There is great necessity and an urgent demand among Chinese colleges and universities for the development of an effective personnel management system to enhance such management. The key to such a personnel management system applying the BS pattern of J2EE is security. Using the OCdJ from Oracle and the JAAS from J2EE infrastructure can provide full certification and authorization functions for the system and therefore improve its security.
