基于MAX1400设计的一个简单而又精确的数据采集系统,通过软件误差校正和增益设定技术,可以实时纠正系统失调和增益误差,温度补偿数字分压器可实时校正基准电压温度系数引起的系统误差,有效提高了系统的准确度和动态范围。
A simple and precise data sampling system based on MAX1400 IC. Through software error correction and gain leveling technique, this system can correct system maladjustment and gain error. By using digital temperature compensating voltage divider, it can correct error which is introduced by reference voltage-temperature modulus, thus increase the system's accuracy and dynamic range.
