摘要
针对华北二连油田使用的原油破乳剂破乳温度偏高、能耗较大的情况,运用单剂筛选、双剂复配和正交试验的系统方法,通过对多种破乳剂的大量复配试验,筛选出2组适合该油田使用的破乳剂为B-5+C和B-5+B-14,其复配比例和使用最佳工艺条件为:VC∶VB-5=1∶1.5,VB-14∶VB-5=1∶1.5,破乳温度40℃,加药量50mg/L,60min的脱水率达95%~99%。并进行了油田现场试验,现场试验结果与实验室试验结果一致。
In consideration of the situations of higher temperature and higher energy consumption of crude oil demulsifier used in Huabei Erlian Oilfield,various combination experiments are conducted with many demulsifiers by using the orthogonal experimental method of single dosage and combination of dual dosages,2 groups of demulsifiers,such as B-5 with C and B5 with B-14,are chosen for oilfield use,its combination ratio and optimal conditions of application include VC∶VB-5=1∶1.5 and VB-14∶VB-5=1∶1.5 for demulsification temperature of 40℃,dosage of 50mg/L and dewater rate of 95%~99% at 60min.and the result of field test shows that it is conformed with that of laboratory experiment.
