摘要
职业教育的形态是职业教育在一定条件下的表现形式。职业教育的非学校形态主要有学徒制形态和各类职业培训形态。学徒制是一种永远不会消亡的职业教育形态,职业培训形态源于学徒制,职业培训是职业学校不可替代的,应给予应有的重视。探讨职业教育各种非学校形态的发展过程、管理模式和培养目标以及它们相互之间的关系,对职业教育适应时代需要,培养合格人才具有重要意义。
Non - school type of vocational education consists in the apprenticeship system and all kinds of vocational training. The apprenticeship system is a type of vocational education which will never wither away, and vocational training is from the apprenticship system and cannot be replaced by the vocational school. Making an approach to the development process, management models and train objectives of the non - school type of vocational education has important sigrfificance for the training of qualified personnel.
