摘要
针对目前地方院校举办高水平运动队存在生源匮乏、就业困难等实际问题,笔者提出在地方院校建设高水平运动队过程中应注意:(1)准确定位,精心选项,努力打造非主流项目的区域性强队;(2)立足地方,服务区域,积极构建体教结合的人才培养模式;(3)科学训练,精心管理,处理好运动员学习与训练的关系。
Regional universities are faced with the problems of little enrollment and low employment of the graduates. To run and operate high level athletic teams, it is proposed, regional universities should set up its proper orientation and choose the games with care to avoid those of the main stream so as to be regionally strong, serve the region for its needs and construct a athletic and educational model of personnel development, and aim at scientific training and management as well as a good relation between the study and training of the athletes.
