民营企业技术创新机制的探析

Research of Private Enterprise Technological Innovation Mechanism

民营企业在进行技术创新中存在对技术创新的投入不足、技术创新融资能力较弱、企业承担创新风险能力较差、技术创新所需人才缺乏和对技术创新的激励不够等问题,需要通过建立有效的技术创新机制才能应对这些问题。本文从创新投入机制、风险规避机制、人才培养机制、创新激励机制四个方面探讨了民营企业技术创新机制。

Private enterprises have problems in technological innovation, such as technology innovation investment undersupply, weak financing ability, the enterprises also bears risk ability range, shortage of talented persons and insufficient technological innovation motivation, which require building effective technological innovation mechanism to solve the problems. The thesis analyzes private enterprises＇ technological innovation mechanism from innovating investing mechanism, risk -evading mechanism, personnel training mechanism and incentive mechanism.
