摘要
对于中西部高校来说,“人才流动”日益成为“人才流失”,因为从这些地区的高校转移出去的绝大部分都是教学科研骨干。高校骨干教师流失具有多方面的原因,同时也造成的多方面的影响。防止骨干教师流失关键在于建立并实施有效的激励机制和加强团队精神建设。
For the colleges in Midwestern China, " talent - mobility" is becoming " talent - loss" for most job -hopping teachers from these colleges are teaching and researching mainstay. It is due to several factors and causes several effects. Establishing and implementing effective incentive mechanism and enforcing team spirit are the key to preventing qualified teacher from losing.
