摘要 应用相关性检验分析沥青混合料中矿粉的性能控制指标,研究了国内外亚甲蓝试验操作方法,测试不同类型矿粉的亚甲蓝值以及胶浆性能,分析了矿粉亚甲蓝值与沥青胶浆性能的相关性。发现搅拌速度、测试温度等因素对亚甲蓝试验结果有明显影响,并根据试验结果修正了规范(JTGE42-2005)的细集料亚甲蓝试验。结果表明:矿粉类型对胶浆性能具有显著作用;而矿粉亚甲蓝值与胶浆低温性能具有密切联系,可以作为矿粉的低温性能控制指标。 The control factors for mineral power performance in road asphalt mixture were studied by correlation analysis. The operation methods of methylene blue tests in many countries were discussed. The methylene blue value and the features of different asphalt mortars were tested. The relation between the methylene blue value of mineral power and the features of asphalt mortar was analyzed. It was found that the mixing speed and testing temperature of asphalt mixture have a great impact on the methylene blue test results. According to the test results, the technical standard JTG E42-2005 for road construction in China must be revised. The results show that: the different kinds of mineral power have different influences on the performance of asphalt mortar; the methylene blue value has a great correlative relation with the performance of asphalt mortar at low temperature, it can be taken as the control factor for mineral power. 6 tabs, 3 figs, 8 refs.
