一种新的RNA二级结构的三维图形表示

摘要 用图形法表示生物分子序列是生物信息学的一个重要研究课题,其中RNA二级结构以廖波提出的三维图形表示法应用比较广泛。在该算法的基础上,对二级结构中的自由基进行进一步划分,划分为假结内自由基和假结外自由基,并以此为基础提出了一种新的RNA二级结构三维图形表示法。将此表示法应用在随机抽取的5种含有假结的RNA分子上,可以有效地计算出它们之间的相似度。 The graphical representation of biologic sequence is an important subject in the area of genome studies. Based on the graphical representation of RNA proposed by B. Liao which is widely used, a new 3 - D graphical representation of RNA secondary structure include information of pseudoknots is presented. The free bases are divided into two kinds : in the pseudoknots and out of the pseudoknots. The examination of similarities among 5 RNA secondary structures illustrates the utility of the representation.
