摘要
通过研究上市对我国国有商业银行风险管理的要求,中国银行针对风险管理采取的政策,以及建设银行与中国银行风险管理政策绩效比较,总结了我国上市银行风险管理的现状;并为我国已经上市和即将上市的银行风险管理提出了有益建议。
The requirements to the risk management of Bank of China and China Construction Bank which are just listed are analyzed. The achievements and threats of both two banks are compared. On this basis, countermeasures are presented both for the listed banks and the ones to be listed soon.
