技术创新是国家综合实力的体现,是企业实现快速、健康和可持续发展的重要途径。企业发展需要技术创新,技术创新需要人才。论述了技术创新在企业发展中的关键作用,技术创新人才必备的能力与素质以及企业对人才资源有效管理的方法。
Technical innovation embodies comprehensive national strength and leads enterprise to fast, healthy and sustainable development. The development of enterprise needs technical innovation while technical innovation needs talents. The importance of technical innovation in the development of enterprise and the significance of human resource management are analyzed.
