摘要
将层次关联理论运用到教学质量评价的实践中,应用层次关联理论与方法建立多层次决策关联模型,提出高校的教学质量评价指标体系,利用层次关联分析法确定权重,建立评价模型。用该方法对5位教师的教学内容、教学方法、教学态度、教学基本技能及教学效果进行评价和计算,评价准确性较高。
By applying hierarchy correlation in evaluation of teaching quality, an index system on university's teaching evaluations is presented, and a new evaluation model is constructed by adopting analysis hierarchy correlation to ascertain right weight. Five teachers' teaching contents, methods, manner, basic training and effect are evaluated, and precise results are obtained.
