摘要
作为一种新型馆际合作模式,区域性高校网络图书馆近年来在不断地发展,它在为用户提供了快捷丰富信息服务的同时,也面临着建设过程中的系列问题。在对不同地区网络图书馆调查的基础上,分析了我国主要区域性高校网络图书馆参考咨询服务的现状和面临的问题,并对信息咨询导航、网络服务方式、质量评估标准和馆际深入合作等方面提出了加强和改进的有关建议。
Based on the investigation, the status quo of the reference services of our country＇s regional academic libraries＇ network is analyzed. The problems that are faced with are presented and some suggestions are put forward to improve the reference services.
