摘要
目前我国高校毕业生逐年递增,大学生就业难成为一种普遍现象,如何在激烈的就业市场中找到适合毕业生自身的工作已引起社会、学校、家长和学生的关注。提出要引入市场营销理论为高校就业工作导航,以适应不断发展中的就业工作的需要。
Nowadays the university graduates have increased gradually. It has been a usual phenomenon that graduates cannot find a job easily. Not only university and student, but also the whole society has paid more and more attention to how to find a suitable job for the graduates. It is put forward that marketing selling theory can applied into the employment guidance for university students for reference.
