小北干流放淤试验工程退水闸调度指标论证

摘要 根据黄河小北干流来水来沙特性、2004年放淤试验总结以及多沙河流水库分组沙排沙关系,确定不同的来沙组成条件下,全沙排沙比控制指标应在40%~70%间变化。同时,提出了增大淤区粗沙淤积比例的退水闸调度指标:①当预报龙门站来沙中粗沙含量大于40%、全沙排沙比达到40%时,增加退水闸2孔闸门的1层叠梁;②当预报龙门站来沙中粗沙含量大于30%、全沙排沙比达到60%时,退水闸叠梁加高1次;③当预报龙门站来沙中粗沙含量小于30%、全沙排沙比达到70%时,退水闸叠梁加高1次。 The paper decides that the control index of sediment delivery rate of total sand should be varied within the range of 40% ~ 70% under the different composition conditions of coming sediment according to the characteristics of coming water and sediment from Xiaobeiganliu of the Yellow River,summary of warping tests conducted in 2004 and relations of grouped sand and sediment delivery of reservoirs on hyper-sediment rivers.It puts forward the following regulation index of waste sluice of increasing the proportion of coarse sand deposition of warping area: a) when the predicted coarse sand concentration of coming sediment from Longmen Station is greater than 40% and sediment delivery rate of total sand reaches to 40%,it increases one layer of stop log of No.2 opening gate of waste sluice;b) when that is greater than 30% and sediment delivery rate of total sand reaches to 60%,the stop log is increased once and;c) when that is smaller than 30% and sediment delivery rate of total sand reaches to 70%,the stop log is increased once.
