摘要
在逆向物流研究中,一般观点总是把产品返回流视作外部因素,企业失去主动性而消极的接受返回物流,从而使得产品回收系统中的库存控制极其困难.本文抛弃了这种观点,认为回收流是可以受到回收价格影响的,从而使得企业一定程度上控制了回收库存.本文采用价格对回收数量进行控制,基于一个具有可控随机输入、固定输出的单产品随机库存模型,在给定最大回收价格的前提下,以单周期期望库存费用最小为目标,证明了依赖于初始库存的关键值策略结构为最优定价结构。
In reverse logistics, generally, the return process of used product is considered the external factor, and can not be controlled by firms, so the controlling for the used product inventory is very difficult. In fact, the return of used product can be influenced by some economic factors, such as the collection price, so the assumption that the return process of used product can be influenced by the collection price is reasonable. In this paper, a single product stochastic inventory model with a random input and a certain output was proposed, and moreover, given the maximum price the firm would be willing to pay to the end user, the Criticalvalue policy depending on the initial inventory level is optimal.
