2%夫西地酸乳膏多中心治疗细菌性皮肤病的疗效和安全性观察

2% Fusidic Acid Cream in the Treatment of Bacterial Infected Skin Diseases:A Multicenter Clinical Observation on Efficacy and Safety

目的评价2%夫西地酸乳膏治疗细菌性皮肤病的临床疗效与安全性。方法多中心、开放性试验;外用2%夫西地酸乳膏,2次/d,疗程为7天。结果共有73例细菌性皮肤病纳入研究,其中41例(56.16%)痊愈,29例(39.73%)显效,3例(4.11%)好转,无效0例;有效率为95.89%;治疗结束时未见不良反应。结论2%夫西地酸乳膏外用治疗细菌性皮肤病时,具有良好的临床疗效和安全性。

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety by 2% Fusidic acid cream in the treatment of bacterial infected skin diseases. Methods Muhicenter,opening study. The 2% Fusidic acid cream was applied topically to the affected areas of the body twice daily for 7 days. Results A total of 73 cases with bacterial infected skin diseases were recruited into the study. The results showed that it was cured in 41 cases （56.16%） ,significantly effective in 29 cases （39.73%） ,turned to better in 3 cases （4.11%） ,and invalid in 0 case. The total effective rate was 95.89%. There was no adverse effect to be observed when the course of treatment was completed. Condusion There is satisfactory clinical efficacy and safety when 2% Fusidic acid cream was treated topically in bacterial infected skin diseases.
