基底细胞瘤的美容外科治疗

Basaloma Therapia with Cosmetic Surgery

目的探讨基底细胞瘤的最佳手术治疗方式。方法根据67例患者的性别、年龄、部位、肿瘤组织的大小、对美容的需求性,分别采用皮瓣转移、皮片移植、直接缝合的方式修复创面。结果67例切口均I期愈合,术后满意。结论基底细胞瘤首选是手术治疗,适宜的手术方式可取得治愈且美观的效果。

Objective To investigate the best surgical methods on the therapy of basaloma. Methods According to patients＇ age, gender,lesion locations,the size of lesions and patients requirements on the appearance ,we repaired wounds with skin flaps, skin grafts and direct suture respectively on 67 patients. Results Phasel wound healing was got in 67 cases with perfect effect. Conclusion Cosmetic surgery is the first choice to treat basaloma, and proper surgical methods can get good healing and beautiful appearance.
