我国高等职业教育的发展方式应从单纯追求数量扩张的粗放型尽快转变为以注重质量效益为特征的集约型。正视并改善高等职业教育规模扩张引发的失衡状况,高等职业院校应致力于规模、结构、质量、效益的统一,特别要注重质量的提升和结构的优化,以形成高等职业教育以质量效益为特征的整体优势,构建以结构效益为目标的发展格局,提高办学效益。

The development mode of our higher vocational education should be turned into intensive style featuring valuing quality and benefit from extensive style featuring simply seeking quantitative expanding as soon as possible. In order to envisage and improve the unbalance status due to the scale expansion of higher vocational education, higher vocational schools should apply themselves to the unity of scale, structure, quality and benefit and especially attach importance to the upgrading of quality and optimization of structure, so as to form the overall advantage of higher vocational education featuring quality and benefit, construct the development pattern targeted to structural benefit and improve school running benefit.
