蒸汽吞吐井注汽工艺参数正交优化设计 被引量:38

摘要 克拉玛依油田九7区稠油在20℃时地面脱气油平均粘度为4.52×105mPa.s,属特、超稠油。因原油粘度高,采用常规稠油注汽工艺参数,蒸汽吞吐开采效果差。为此,利用正交试验设计方法对九7区注汽工艺参数进行了敏感性分析和优化。敏感性分析表明,蒸汽参数对开发效果影响的顺序从大到小依次为生产时间、注汽干度、周期注汽量、注汽压力、焖井时间和注汽速度;优化结果为:生产时间60 d,注汽干度70%,周期注入量2 210 t,注汽压力4.0 MPa,焖井时间3 d,注汽速度220 t/d。优化结果与理论计算结果相吻合。敏感性分析和优化结果在九7区的实际生产中取得良好的效果,对指导特、超稠油油田生产具有一定的现实意义。 The average viscosity of the heavy oil from Nine-7 Block of Karamay Oilfield at 20 ℃ is 4.52 × 10^5 mPa· s. Because of high viscosity, steam stimulation results were poor when the general steam simulation parameters were used. Therefore, steam injection parameters for Nine-7 Block were analyzed and optimized using orthogonal experiment design. The sensitivity analysis indicates that the parameters impacting the production results from high to low are production time, steam dryness, cyclic steam injection volume, steam injection pressure. The optimization parameters are production time 60d, steam dryness fraction 70%, cyclic steam injection volume 2 210 t, and steam injection pressure 4. 0 MPa, stew time 3d, and steam injection velocity 220 t/d. The optimization results agree with the theoretical computation results. Through sensitivity analysis and the optimization results, very good results were obtained in Nine -7 Block, which can be used to guide the development of the extra or super heavy oil reservoirs.
