摘要
海洋深水温度低、压力大、地层破裂压力小,对固井作业产生了较为严重的影响。在分析深海环境特点的基础上,利用自行设计的界面剪切胶结强度测定仪,研究了地层岩性及表面性质、套管壁面性质、水泥浆性能等对界面强度的影响,特别详细深入地分析了水泥浆密度、水泥浆滤失性能、水泥石强度对界面强度的影响。并在此基础上,分析了水泥浆体系、钻井液体系、冲洗隔离液体系及注水泥工艺,提出了合理的钻井及固井工艺措施,以全面提高Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面的剪切及胶结强度。
Deepwater, with the properties of low temperature, high pressure, low formation fracturing pressure, impacts the cementing work significantly. Based on the analysis of characteristics of deepwater, the impacts of formation lithology, surface property, property of easing wall and property of cement slurry on the interface intensity were investigated using the self developed tool measuring the interface shear cement intensity. Based on this study, this paper analyzes the cement slurry, drilling fluid, flushing spacer fluid system and cementing technique and provided the reasonable drilling and cementing measure to comprehensively improve Ⅰ and Ⅱinterface shear intensity and cementing strength.
