聚硅醇钻井液在川东北复杂深井中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 川东北地区地质构造复杂,地层倾角大,有易坍塌的碳质泥岩层、多套煤层、石膏层和盐膏层等,为解决石膏、盐膏污染,H2S和高压天然气侵及井漏等难题,在川东北复杂深井钻井中使用了聚硅醇钻井液体系,应用效果表明,该钻井液体系防塌封堵性强,具有很强的抗盐钙、H2S污染的能力,而且使用处理剂种类少,易于维护,性能稳定,值得在川东北深井中推广使用。 The geological structure in the northeast of Sichuan, with the properties of higher formation deviation angle, carbonate mud formation, multiple coal beds, gypsum beds, is complex. In order to solve the problems of gypsum invading and the kick of natural gas and H2S, the poly-silanol drilling fluids were used in complex deep wells in Northeast of Siehuan. The application results indicate that this drilling fluid is very good in anti-collapse and sealing formation. This fluid is strong in anti-calcium ability and H2S contamination. This fluid, which uses less addictives and is maintained easily and has stable performance, is worthwhile to be applied widely in the deep well in Northeast of Sichuan.
